You’ll build a safe and inclusive living environment, help students navigate academic and personal challenges, organize fun community-building activities, and ensure adherence to program and university policies.

This is an incredible opportunity for anyone passionate about leadership, mentorship, youth development, community building, and creating a welcoming residential experience. RAMs report directly to our Assistant Resident Directors and work closely with the Pre-College Scholars Residential team.
